ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR WOOD INDUSTRY

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. If the program of your choice is not in the selection list of programs, please refer to the Student Intake Division. 
2. Please press the SUBMIT button when you are finished filling in the form to ensure your application is final. If the SEND button is not pressed, your application is not accepted. 
3. You can only update your information by 3 times. To view and print the application form, please CLICK HERE.

7. ADMISSION TO UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA :- 

• Aged at least 16 years of age on the date of application 
• Malaysian 
• Eligible Bumiputera status 
• Meet the minimum eligibility requirements for each program applied 
• Never been convicted of any criminal offense or not in the process of waiting for the criminal proceedings against 
• Students studying in any university DO NOT apply unless the student UiTM

1. Your application will be terminated if you are found guilty of providing false information / not true / manipulate information in connection with the application forms: 

• Malaysian citizenship 
• Bumiputra status 
• Qualification / examination results

During Filling Application Form

1. Make sure you fill in all the information correctly and reliably in your application form
2. Make sure you fill in all the fields marked COMPULSORY (*)
3. Make sure that you carefully review your application form
4.  Make sure you press the button (Legal & Delivery) for submitting application form
5. Make sure you print your application form as proof of your application form is received by the system

After Making Application

1. Be sure to review your Application Form Checking page to ensure you have SUCCESSFULLY apply. 
2. UPDATE  Application Form if necessary. 
3. If you do not print the application form, make sure you print your Application Form Checking page as proof of application.
